Born, Sunday, January 25, 1931 in Buras, LA to Adam Benjamin Cognevich and Leona Levesque Cognevich.
Survived by her Daughters – Virginia Lee Prejean, Jo Ann Prejean Williams (Ronnie), Sons – Haywood W. Prejean (B.J.), Kenneth J. Prejean, Sr. (Cheryl), Brother – Joseph Clinton Cognevich, 11 Grandchildren and 16 GreatGrandchildren.
She was predeceased by her Husband – Joseph Prejean, Father – Adam Benjamin Cognevich, Mother – Leona Levesque Cognevich, and Brother – Calvin Cognevich.
Relatives and friends were invited to attend a Funeral Service at 3 p.m. on Saturday, September 9 at E. J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 West 21st Avenue Covington, LA 70433.
Visitation was Saturday, September 9 from 1 p.m. to service time.
Interment was in Pinecrest Memorial Gardens in Covington.
Brenda was married to her beloved husband, the late Andrew J. Allnet, Jr. She was the sister of Raymond A. Schmidt (Jessie), Anna Marie Nagle (Ralph), Diana Prestenbach (Harold, Jr.), the late Ralph G. Schmidt, and Douglas C. Schmidt. Brenda will be missed by numerous nieces, nephews, godchildren, friends, family, and especially her dogs, Sasha and Molly Mae.
Brenda was a medical supply clerk at Twin Oaks Nursing and Convalescent Home in Reserve, LA for 22 years.
Relatives and friends were invited to the Funeral Mass at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W. 21st Avenue, Covington, on Saturday, September 2, 2017 at 11 a.m. with visitation from 9 a.m. until service time. Interment followed the service at Pinecrest Memorial Gardens Mausoleum, Covington, LA.
Patricia was married to her beloved husband, the late Carl Ware, Jr. Patricia was the sister of John F. Matthews (Suzanne), Kathleen M. O’Sullivan, and the late James E. Matthews. She was the loving aunt of Timothy Matthews (Laurie), Jean Llovet, Brendan Matthews (Robin), Linda Wilson (Michael), Patricia O’Sullivan (Jeffrey), Sharon O’Sullivan, Robert O’Sullivan (Cathy), and Kathleen O’Sullivan.
Relatives and friends were invited to the Funeral Mass at Mary, Queen of Peace Catholic Church, 1515 W Causeway Approach, Mandeville on Saturday, September 2, 2017 at noon with visitation from 10 a.m. until service time. On a date to be determined, a Mass will be held at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 323 Collyer St., Longmont, CO 80501. Interment will take place at Fort Logan National Cemetery, 4400 W. Kenyon Ave., Denver, CO 80236.

Maxine was the loving mother of Vickie R. Sharp (Greg), Robin R. LeBlanc (Robert) and Kimberly Tierce. She was the proud grandmother of Jason Galloway, Kelly Galloway Smith (Corey), Brandon Pierre (Connie Ann), Steven Pierre, Casey Walley, and Micah Tierce. Maxine was the great-grandmother of Averie, Sydnie, Haylee, Aubrey, Seth, Dalton, Collin, Peyton, Molly, Landen, Elijah, and Ryleigh. Maxine was the sister of the Mary Alice Holder (Sheffield), Gloria Faye Rogers (Allen), Sylvia Holder (Harold), Wayne Smith (Carolyn), the late Leman Heflin, and Glenda Lee Brown.
