Amelia Clare Phares passed away Monday evening November 14, 2016, in Covington.
She was 16 years old.
She was born in Covington on December 3, 1999, to Timothy Elmo and Kimberly Daigle Phares, Jr.
She is survived by her sister and nephew, Abbegayle Phares and Liam Keegan Macnamara; grandparents, Timothy Elmo and Gloria Oiler Phares, Sr. and Rai T. Daigle; aunts, uncles and cousins, Troy James and Dr. Schoener LaPrairie Phares (Cole, Lee, and Wes Phares); Mark and Diane Daigle (Erika Kelley, Wesley and Molly Daigle); and Thomas G. and Gaynell Donelon (Sean).
She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Albert Paul Daigle; and her uncle, Thomas Tanisia.
Amelia, “Emmie” to her friends, enjoyed SpongeBob and Patrick Star, the lakefront, scary movies, photography and spending time with her friends and family.
A Mass of Christian Burial at Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Covington, was held on Monday, November 21.
In lieu of flowers, the family ask for donations to be made in her name to St. Tammany Parish Humane Society.

Kathleen Marie Delle passed away on Sunday morning, November 13, 2016.
She was 68 years old.
She was born in New Orleans and resided in Lacombe, La.
She was the daughter of the late Robert Delle Jr. and Anna May Polit Delle.
She is survived by her four siblings: Barbara Welborn, Robert Delle III, Michael Delle and Jeanne Charrier.
Kathy enjoyed music and gardening and she loved animals. She worked in the service industries, pet care and elder care. She will be missed by all that knew and loved her, especially her nieces and nephews: Jeffrey Welborn, Rachel Welborn DiSepio, Melissa Jensen, Dana Delle Poole, Jeremy Delle, Linda Delle and her 10 great-nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend a memorial service on Wednesday afternoon, November 23 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Serenity Funeral Home in Abita, La.
In lieu of flowers, please make donations to St. Catherine’s Hospice at 2701 Highway 51, LaPlace, LA. 70068.

Sharon A. Nelson passed from this life on Wednesday, November 16, 2016.
She was 77 years old.
She was a native of Chicago, Illinois; however, resided in Louisiana for the past 23 years.
She was the beloved wife of the late Donald Nelson. Sharon was a wonderful, loving mother to Denise Nelson-Sarver and her son-in-law Michael; world’s greatest Gram to Kirstin and Kelli Sarver; and sister to Larry McNiff and Carmela.
A memorial service was held on Monday, November 21 at Serenity Funeral Home, 20419 Hwy. 36, Covington.
