Elaine Ann Landry Mayon, age 67, passed away peacefully after complications of cancer treatment, at St. Tammany Parish Hospital on June 19, 2017. She was born in Morgan City, LA on August 28, 1949 to her late parents Stephen Joseph Landry and Sadie Budd Landry. Elaine was a native of Morgan City and Berwick, LA and a longtime resident of Covington, LA.
Elaine is survived by her two daughters Tessie Sewell (Stephen) and Shelly Mayon (life partner Kevin); her siblings Sadie Landry Angeron (Donald), Gertrude Landry, Daniel Gene Landry (Barbara), Dewey St. Patrick Landry, Harold Anthony Landry, Barnabas Abel Landry (Donna), James Dale Landry (Denise), and Crystal Mary Landry Proctor (Mike).
She is preceded in her death by brothers Stephen J. Landry, Floyd John Landry, Ray Landry (Nanette) and Asher Mark Landry (Lori).
Elaine is also survived by many nieces and nephews as well as great nieces and nephews; many of whom she considered to be her own children and grandchildren.
Elaine’s family would like to wish a very special thank you on her behalf to her closest sister and best care giver, Gertrude Landry.
Elaine is also survived by many special friends and neighbors, especially Vicky Bijeaux and Pamela Hershey.

Earl J. Pechon passed away on Wednesday, June 21, 2017 surrounded by family at his home in Covington, LA. He was born on May, 25, 1923 in Covington, LA to the late Eugene Pechon and Maude Lacroix Pechon.
Earl was married to his beloved wife, Audrey McMurray Pechon, for 68 years. He was the loving father of Joseph G. Pechon and his wife, Fran, Mary P. Robin and her husband, John, Wayne G. Pechon and his wife, Kim, and the late Donald G. Pechon and his wife, Silvia. Earl was the proud grandfather of Nicholas, Ryan, and David Pechon, Donald II and Anamaria Pechon, Catherine, Lydia, Maxwell, and Miles Robin, and Brendan and Trent Pechon; he was the great-grandfather of Emersyn, Harper, Jose Carlos, and Audrey Claire. He was the brother of the late Russell Pechon, Ernest Pechon, Eugene Pechon, Bernice P. Crawford, Audrey P. Verger, and Lois P. Edwards.
A Private Mass was celebrated by the family at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W. 21st Avenue, Covington, LA 70433. Interment was held privately at St. Joseph Abbey Cemetery, St. Benedict, LA.
James Coyt Lee passed away on Wednesday, June 21, 2017 at the age of 86 following his battle with prostate cancer.
Beloved husband of 60 years to Anita Franco Lee. Loving father of Matthew Lee (Heather) and Patricia Lee St. Angelo (Gregory). Son of the late Lena Pearl Pearson Lee and Marshall James Lee. Brother of Betty Lee Stanford, Shirley Lee Goss, Verla Sue Lee Jones, the late Carl Douglas Lee and the late Joyce Lee Frein. Grandfather of Bradley (Haylie), Benjamin, and Allison St. Angelo, Patrick, Christian, and Zachary Lee.
Mr. Lee was born on December 11, 1930 in Caesar, MS. He is a veteran of the Korean War. After being honorably discharged from the Army in 1953, he returned to work for the Southern Railway Company (later Norfolk Southern Corporation) until his retirement in 1992. During his retirement, Coyt enjoyed traveling with his wife and spending time with his family.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral services at Mandeville First Baptist Church, 1895 Hwy 190, Mandeville, LA 70448 on Friday, June 30, 2017 at 11 a.m. with visitation beginning at 9 a.m.
Interment will follow in Southeast Louisiana Veterans Cemetery.

Henry is survived by his beloved wife of over 60 years, Shirley Clifton; his two sons Henry “Hank” Marechal, III (Gail Strickland) and Daryl Marechal; and two grandchildren Seth M. Marechal and Stephanie Sharp; two great- grandchildren Gabrielle E. Sharp and Madison C. Sharp. He is also survived by his brother Merlin Marechal (Cindy), his twin sisters Barbara Ann Martin (the late Harry) and Beverly Peraza (the late Alberto), his brother-in-law Walter Clifton, and his sister-in-law Lavonne Thomas.
He is preceded in death by his parents and his brother Louis Marechal.
Henry enlisted in the United States Navy in 1947 and proudly served his country for over twenty years until 1967. While he was in the Navy he completed his education, and served on many different ships, including the USS Ernest G. Small, USS Tarpon, USS Larson, and the USS Sperry. After retiring from the Navy, he went to work for St. Tammany Parish Hospital for over twenty years until he retired. During his retirement he enjoyed being home spending time with his family and friends.
The funeral service was held at E.J. fielding Funeral Home on June 28. Interment in Theodore Dendinger Cemetery, Madisonville followed the service.
